By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.<\/p><h3>1. <strong>Nature of Treatment<\/strong><\/h3><p>Motio Hub provides manual therapy services, including but not limited to Registered Massage Therapy, Neuro-Functional Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physiotherapist and Osteopathy treatments. These treatments involve hands-on techniques, movement assessments, and therapeutic interventions to address musculoskeletal and wellness concerns.<\/p><h3>2. <strong>Client Rights &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>You have the right to be informed about the nature, benefits, risks, and alternatives of any treatment before it is administered.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You may ask questions and request modifications to your treatment plan at any time.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You have the right to decline or withdraw consent for any treatment at any stage.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information to ensure safe and effective treatment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>3. <strong>Potential Risks &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/h3><p>While our treatments aim to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being, some risks may include:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Temporary soreness, discomfort, or bruising.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Possible aggravation of pre-existing conditions.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Unforeseen reactions due to individual health conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Our practitioners will discuss any specific risks based on your health history and current condition before proceeding with treatment.<\/p><h3>4. <strong>Confidentiality &amp; Privacy<\/strong><\/h3><p>Motio Hub adheres to strict privacy and confidentiality policies. Your personal and medical information is securely stored and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law.<\/p><h3>5. <strong>Consent to Treatment &amp; Digital Communications<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>By booking an appointment, you consent to receive treatment from our licensed professionals.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You acknowledge that digital communications (e.g., emails, online booking system) may be used for appointment reminders, intake forms, and follow-ups. If you prefer alternative communication methods, please inform us.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>6. <strong>Limits of Liability<\/strong><\/h3><p>Motio Hub practitioners exercise due diligence and professional care in their treatments.
