Thank you for choosing us for your healthcare needs.  We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled.  To provide the best service to all our clients and to effectively manage our schedule,  we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

  1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
  2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a full charge based on the scheduled service.
  3. Late Arrival: Please note that late arrivals will result in a shortened session. Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. This is to ensure that subsequent appointments are not affected.
  4. No-Show Policy: Clients who failed to show up for the scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged the full service fee.
  5. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments without incurring fees if done before the 24 hours notice period.
  6. Repeated Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule the appointments will be required to prepay for future appointments.
  7. Payment for Cancellation Fees: Late cancellation fees will be added to the client’s account and must be paid before scheduling the next appointment.
  8. Policy Changes: we reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes.
  9. Acknowledgment:  By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by our cancellation policy.
